In the front part of the steel structure plant in Dongguan, there are often problems like this. It is uncommon for the anchor bolts to be damaged. 1. The thread of the foundation anchor bolt is damaged. When the column equipment of the steel structure of Dongguan is not able to rotate the nut and tighten, the reasons for the damage of the bolt thread are as follows:
The anchor bolts are bumped or improperly stored during transportation, loading and unloading, and constitute a severe rust of the thread.
2. After the bolt is buried, the bolt is not selected for protection and is subject to external damage.
3. The bolt is used as the conductive zero wire in the field, and the arc is burned to damage the thread.
4. Use bolts as the lashing point for the traction rope pulling force.
Due to the damage of the bolt thread, it is impossible to screw the nut to fasten the steel structural column and other components, which will directly affect the transmission and stability of the structural force. There will be unstable factors in the overall quality of the Dongguan steel structure building.

(1) When the anchor bolts of Dongguan steel structure factory are transported, unpacked and reinforced, the thread protection should be strengthened. After the industrial vaseline oil is modified, it is wrapped with plastic film to prevent thread damage and rust. It should be stored separately and should not be mixed with other parts and components to prevent each other from damaging the thread.
(2) After the anchor bolt is buried, it shall not be used as a fulcrum for bending or as a zero line for the welding machine, or a lashing point for pulling the tension. When lifting the components, it should be properly operated to prevent the horizontal side impact force from damaging the thread.
(3) The thread of the bolt has been damaged. The following management method can be used: When the length of the damaged thread does not cross the useful length, the thread can be trimmed with a steel shovel and the smooth screw-in nut can be reached. The length of the thread of the local foot bolt is damaged. When the useful length of the rule is crossed, the length of the original threaded section can be cut by gas cutting; then the same material as the original bolt, the standard material, one end is machined into a thread, and the butt is After the end section is made of 30°-45°, the groove is butt welded to the lower end, and then the steel sleeve with the corresponding diameter and length is inserted into the joint to carry out welding reinforcement. After reinforcement by the casing, the diameter of the bolt is larger than the diameter of the base plate, and the diameter of the base plate of the column can be appropriately enlarged.
(4) The fault adjustment of the anchor bolts of Dongguan steel structure workshop is mainly to correct some anchor bolts that are not in place. What we want to say today is how to prevent the anchor bolts from being damaged. The three-dimensional Dongguan steel structure factory manufacturers are generally used in the current construction project. In order to fix the mechanical equipment to the concrete or the reinforced concrete foundation, the anchor bolts are generally used. Once the anchor bolt is damaged, it will directly affect the normal operation of the mechanical equipment. Once the anchor bolt is damaged, it is difficult to modify it in a short time, so the equipment is difficult to use quickly in a short time. The modification of the anchor bolts is extremely difficult and cannot be recovered to normal in a short period of time. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the pre-planning of the construction of the anchor bolts. Each anchor bolt must be planned and processed according to the rules. In particular, attention should be paid to the equipment and application of anchor bolts. This generally means that the center of the equipment and the height and straightness must meet the planning requirements. When the anchor bolt is used, it is assumed that any abnormal shaking of the equipment is found before the cause can be ascertained and the defects can be eliminated.
