Technical points for steel structure installation


1 positioning measurement
According to the design data, the basic horizontal elevation, axis and column spacing are retested. A cross line indicating the vertical and horizontal axes on the top surface of the foundation serves as a positioning reference for the mounting column.
2 column installation
In order to eliminate the influence of the error in the manufacture of the column length on the elevation of the column, before the hoisting, the section from the upper surface of the ox leg is 1 m downward as the theoretical elevation, and the marked mark is marked as the reference for adjusting the elevation of the column. On the upper surface of the column bottom plate, the vertical and horizontal cross lines passing through the center of the column are marked as the reference for the installation and positioning of the column. During installation, the column is overlapped with the cross line on the foundation. First, use the level to correct the elevation of the column with the mark on the theoretical elevation of the column, and then use the spacer to cushion and tighten the foot screw. Then use two theodolites to correct the verticality of the column from the direction of the two axes. After the requirements are met, use the double nut to tighten the bolt. For single unstable columns, temporary protection measures can be added by adding wind cables. For columns designed with inter-column support, the inter-column support can be used to enhance structural stability.
3 crane beam installation
Before the crane beam is installed, it should be inspected and installed when the deformation is not exceeded. After the crane beam is hoisted in a single position, it should be bolted to the ox leg in time, and the connecting plate between the upper edge of the beam and the column should be connected, and adjusted by the level meter and the weiyi instrument. After the requirements are met, the bolts are tightened.
4 roof beam installation
The roof beam should be inspected before the ground is assembled. When the deformation of the component is not exceeded, the high-strength bolt-connecting friction surface is free of debris and other impurities, and it is confirmed that the friction surface is flat and dry before assembly on the ground. When assembling, the components are padded with oil-free sleepers, and the two sides of the members are supported by wooden bars to enhance stability. The assembly of the roof beam is carried out as a unit between the two columns. After the unit is spliced, it is checked:
1 beam straightness;
2 The spacing dimension of the bolt holes that are connected to other components (such as the column). After adjusting the inspection to meet the requirements, tighten the high-strength bolts.
5 accessory installation
Roofing rafters and wall rafters are installed at the same time. Before the installation of the purlins, check the deformation of the components. If there is over-limit treatment, remove the oil stains and sediment on the surface of the components. As a group of several purlins, hoist together, check the slope of the raft after a span is installed. It is required that the straightness of the purlin is controlled within the allowable deviation range, otherwise it will be adjusted by using the connecting bolts (plus spacers if necessary).
6 re-inspection adjustment, welding, touch up
After the hoisting is completed, all components are re-inspected and adjusted. After the design requirements are met, on-site welding is performed to repair the damaged parts of the components.
