How to stack the components of Dongguan steel structure construction

The stacking of steel structural members generally meets the following requirements:
1. The components are generally stacked in the yard of the factory and the yard at the site. The piled up ground of the components should be flat and solid, without water pits and ice layers. The ground should be smooth and dry, and the drainage should be smooth. There are better drainage facilities and there are loops for vehicles to enter and exit.
2. The components should be divided into areas according to the type, model and installation sequence, and the vertical signs should be inserted. The bottom block of the component should have sufficient supporting surface, and the block should not be allowed to have a large settlement. The height of the stack should be calculated according to the fact that the lowermost member does not produce permanent deformation and should not be piled up at will.
3. In the stacking, if the components with unfavorable deformation are found, they are strictly inspected, corrected, and then stacked. Do not stack unqualified deformed components in qualified components, otherwise the installation progress will be greatly affected.
4. For the components that have been piled up, it is necessary to send special personnel to summarize the data, establish a perfect dynamic management of the factory, and prohibit the turning and chaos. At the same time, properly protect the piled components to avoid wind, rain and sun exposure.
5. Different types of steel components are generally not stacked together. Steel components of the same project should be stacked in the same area for easy loading and delivery.
